Studio Workshops Spring 2021

Mosaic in a Day Workshop
Saturday 6th February 10-4pm £70
Saturday 6th March 10-4pm £70
(or £65 per person for whole group bookings)
Workshops take place in my large, bright and airy 1st floor studio, which has plenty of parking and a lift. A maximum of 4 students seated 2m apart with table screens.
Included in the cost is an array of materials for your chosen project including the traditional glass tesserae in over 40 shades as well as ceramic tiles and an abundance of crockery, china, mirror and more.
I offer projects such as a bird bath, a house number or a mirror for example. Some participants come with a definite idea of what they would like to make while others like to be guided - I encourage people to let me know in advance if they have something in mind so that I can be prepared.
Also included are bottled or canned drinks and a variety of individually sealed snacks. Please bring a flask if you prefer hot drinks.

Monday Mosaics Evening Classes

Dates - to be confimed
These sessions are suitable for absolute beginners who are looking to learn a new skill from scratch along with regular and returning students who enjoy the feedback, and camaraderie of the group. Many students have found that this is precious time and space carved out in the busy week to immerse oneself in ongoing projects or experiment with new techniques.
Natural and found materials seem to be an emerging theme!
Come with your own designs and ideas or be guided through a project.
Price includes materials (unless extra large or unusual!) also bottled or canned drinks and a variety of individually sealed snacks. Please bring a flask if you prefer hot drinks.
