  • The aim of this course is for you to bring your favourite landscapes and seascapes to life in mosaic form. Whether you are inspired by personal photographs, sketches, or dream destinations, this course will guide you in transforming these special places into vibrant mosaic artworks. You can also explore abstraction; designing and creating pieces that captures the essence of a landscape or seascape in an imaginative way rather than relying on figurative interpretation. This is a mindful, absorbing practice while allowing you to refine existing skills over several weeks. Using a variety of materials, including natural elements, glass and china—you will combine tesserae to evoke texture, movement, and atmosphere. You will have the creative freedom to develop your personal vision, sharing your journey with your peers and tutor, while gaining and giving feedback to others. TL Outcomes: Increased confidence, mental health and well being.
